Two members of the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools’ (OKCPS) Advisory Board will co-chair All Hands Raised on Thursday, March 26. Attendees will hear from inspirational students, remarkable educators and district leaders as well as learn about the Foundation’s current work and long-term goals.

The 2020 co-chairs are Nathan Shirley and Brooke Townsend. Shirley is the chief financial officer for Compellier, and Townsend is the director of community affairs for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma.

Foundation President and CEO Mary Mélon said involved community members are vital in ensuring opportunity for each of the 44,000 students of OKCPS.

“Nathan and Brooke have worked tirelessly to support the Foundation and our city’s kids,” Mélon said. “Their leadership will attract new advocates for students and teachers across Oklahoma City.”

The luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 26, 2020 at the St. Luke’s United Methodist Church Event Center in Oklahoma City. The deadline for table hosts and underwriters is February 28. Individual seats must be reserved by March 20.
